Frequent questions

We are here to help. These are our most frequently asked questions:

* Do I have to provide a key to the cleaner?

Preferable yes. It makes easier for us to access on the service day. However, if you don't feel comfortable providing a key, you could also: *Leave in a safe place for us to get every time we go, and we will put it back when we finish. *Stay at home while we provide the service. *Open the door for us and leave. We always make sure everything is closed when leaving.

* Do I have to provide cleaning products?

Not necessarily. We will use our products unless you want us to use yours as a preference.

* What if I need weekend services?

We provide weekend services upon request and the rates vary from regular rates. If you are regular customer and you need a once off weekend, let us know we will manage our times to help you.

* Can I change my cleaner?

Absolutely, Our goal is for you to be comfortable and happy with our service but also with our staff. Contact us if you would like to meet our team.

* Can I take a break and safe my day?

If you are a regular customer we will keep your days if your break has an ending date (Eg. Holidays). However, if you are not be sure when you need us again, we might not be able to keep the spot.

* Is it ok if my pet is at home?

We do love pets. This is not a problem for us. However, if you know that your pet is scared of people, vacuums, mops or any equipment, please let us know then we can work around them, trying to cause the less stress is possible.
